1. Digital Products

All digital products available on Tulor Farming Tech, such as tutorial videos, video bundles, and downloadable content (e.g., guides, templates, and PDF resources), are non-refundable once accessed or streamed. By purchasing any of our digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To ensure fairness, refunds can only be processed for unused or unaccessed content within 7 days of purchase. If you have purchased a tutorial or bundle and have not accessed or downloaded any content, you may request a full refund within this 7-day window. We cannot offer a refund once the content is accessed (i.e., streamed or downloaded).

3. Defective or Incomplete Products

Please contact our team if you experience any technical issues with the digital content, such as broken links, defective video files, or missing content. We will promptly work to resolve the issue by providing:

  • A replacement video or content
  • A corrected or updated version of the product. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame (typically 3-5 business days), we may offer a full refund at our discretion.
4. On-Demand Learning Access

Due to the nature of digital products and on-demand learning, once content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Please ensure that you review your purchase before accessing the videos. This policy ensures fairness for all users.

5. Custom Video Bundles

If you purchase a custom video bundle tailored to a specific farming need and the content does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may provide a refund or offer alternative bundles that better suit your needs. If the bundle has been accessed, no refund will be processed.

6. Refund Process
